Healthy 5 ingredient banana oat cookies | vegan
An easy and quick recipe for the perfect healthy snack!
- 170 g ripe, mashed bananas
- 50 g peanut butter
- 1 tsp ground flax seed
- 120 g oats
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 0g coconut sugar or other sweetener
- toppings of choice
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) upper and lower heat.
Mix all ingredients and from round cookies on a baking paper. Top with nuts/dried fruits/chocolate. Bake for ~ 15 min until they are golden brown.
