My all time favorite breakfast recipe!
It combines everything I love, is satisfying and SO yummy!
The best part: it never gets boring! The choices for toppings/combinations are endless.
In this recipe I am using protein powder. It makes the oatmeal super creamy and adds flavour!

Protein Oatmeal (Basic Rezept)
The perfect breakfast / dessert or sweet lunch / dinner! Depending on the toppings, you can make it a real vitamin bomb and a full, nutritious meal.
Ingredients
- 60-70 g oats
- 25-30 g vegan protein powder flavour of choice
- 1 TL ground flax seed or chia seeds
- 250 ml water or plant milk
- Toppings of your choice
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a pot and bring to a simmer. Stir from time to time so that nothing burns. Turn off the heat when the consistency becomes creamier. Then let it steep a bit (depending on the desired consistency).
- Serve the proats with toppings of your choice and enjoy!
