Creamy tomato cream “cheeze” sauce

Cooking a nutritious meal doesn’t have to take hours. This healthy pasta bowl only takes 10-15 min to make! Tastes delicious warm and cold.

I combined the sauce with lentil pasta, which has a lot of fibre and protein. Also really practical: it only takes 5 minutes to cook! I served it with cherry tomatoes, arugula, avocado and roasted pine nuts.

A quick, healthy pasta sauce!

Ingredients
  

2 tbsp (~100g) vegan cream cheese, mine was almond based

    1 tbsp soy yogurt

      1 tbsp yeast flakes (for a cheesy flavor)

        1 tsp wine vinegar

          2 tsp tomato paste

            1 tsp rice or agave syrup (or sugar)

              Salt, pepper and optional: Italian spices mix

                a splash of water

                  Instructions
                   

                  • Mix all ingredients, add more water if it is too thick. Use as much pepper/salt/spices as you like! Mix the sauce with the pasta and serve it with whatever you like. I can't wait to hear your feedback!
