Can be served as a creamy topping, too !
Yesterday I made the vegan chocolate mugcake by Bianca Zapatka and since my mug was way too big, I needed a lot of toppings! This chocolate mousse used to be my daily breakfast and I don’t know why I haven’t had it for so long. You asked for the recipe, so here it is π It’s very basic but tastes like heavenΒ and it’s healthy too!
Recipe
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1 ripe banana
- 2-4 tsp cocoa powder ( depending on your chocolate addiction)
- 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder ( optional)
- sweetener of choice ( may be sweet enough for some of you, because of the banana)
Instructions
Put everything in a food processor and blend it until it’s nice and smooth. Eat the mousse at such with your favorite toppings or use the mousse as a topping for your mugcake ect. π I hope you’ll give this a try – otherwise you’ll miss something REALLY good!
